What is difference between your Studios and other guest houses?
All ZEN Studios are much bigger than regular guest house rooms and come with balconies, besides being fitted with individual fully loaded Kitchens. RO Purified Water and self-laundry facility plus Wifi & Netflix/Tata Sky are also included in tariff!
Where are you located?
We are located at short walk from Mousari Avenue Rapid Metro Station on the same main road when you go towards City Club of DLF Phase III from the Metro Station. DLF CyberCity & Ambience Mall are almost equidistant (5 min away) from our property. The exact address and map can be found on our Contact Us page.
What are your Check-In and Check-Out timings?
Our standard Check-In Time is 1pm and Check-Out Time is 11am. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out may be allowed subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Can I cook in my Kitchen?
YES, you get full access to your Kitchen that is fully equipped with all cookware, cutlery and Kitchen amenities to cook your choice of meals.
What about Laundry?
We have a dedicated self-laundry area with multiple front-loading fully automatic Washing Machines and Dryers for guests use. Iron & Ironing Boards are available on request and we have a dedicated drying area as well if you require it.
Do you provide Housekeeping & Linen changes?
YES, we provide complete Housekeeping and Linen changes (Towels & Bedsheets) services that are included as part of the Studio tariffs.
Do you offer lower rates for long stays?
We have special long stay offers for Weekly (minimum 7 Nights) and Monthly (minimum 28 Nights) stays. The discounts vary across different Apartment sizes and stay duration, please check with the Sales Team for your customised quote.
Is WiFi Internet provided?
The entire property has full coverage of high speed WiFi Internet, its complimentary for all our guests.
What is the TV size? Netflix available?
All units are fitted with 42″ Smart LED TVs. You can choose to binge on Netflix, Prime etc or Tata Sky TV with all international channels.
Do you allow pets in your properties?
Yes, all of our properties are pet-friendly. However, If you plan on bringing a pet, you must contact us before making your booking for approval. Please provide the breed & weight of your pet so we can review and approve it. Extra Pet fees 2,900/stay will apply that will be shared with you prior to making your booking. You also agree to be liable for paying any additional damages due to the pet & your booking may be canceled in case of complaints by other residents.
Do you allow visitors?
Any kind of commercial or semi-commercial activity is not allowed. Day visitors may be allowed but with prior intimation and after providing valid ID Proof. Overnight visitors are not allowed unless approved and paid for in advance.
My flight arrives early, can I pay extra and check-in a few hours earlier?
Yes sure, but we have a better suggestion – just book the “Superior” category of your desired Apartment, it will give you complimentary early check-in OR late check-out by 4 hours besides multiple extra amenities for a comfortable stay.
Do you have an Airport pick-and-drop facility?
Yes, We do arrange pick up and drop from Airport as well as from the Railway station. That comes with nominal additional charges and Our drivers are carefully chosen and are well-trained in ethics and passenger safety.
May I get a smoking room?
Certainly! If you would like a smoking room, please book a room in the Category with Balcony. This category specifically allows smoking and provides a balcony for your convenience.
Do you have a Gym at your property and what time it’s open?
Yes, we do have a gym at our property. It’s open from morning 5 AM to till 10:00 PM.
Can I do Early Check in? What is the Process?
Early Checkin Charges (Regular Checkin Time 2pm) – Between 12pm to 2pm – Complimentary, subject to availability Between 9am to 12pm – Half Day charges Before 9am – Full Day charges
Can I do a Late Checkout? What is the process?
Late Checkout Charges (Regular Checkout Time 10am) – Between 10am to 12pm – Complimentary, subject to availability Between 12pm to 3pm – Half Day charges After 3pm – Full Day charges
